TMH Telecom has successfully completed its 2^nd Annual General Meeting on 5^th August 2018. The distinguished guests from Securities Exchange Commission Myanmar, Yangon Stock Exchange, Securities Company, all of the BOD members and shareholders attended the meeting.

At the beginning, Chairman U Myint Lwin gave an opening speech and followed by Managing Director U Thiha Lwin gave a dynamic presentation on Director’s report which included overall operating result, financial performance and future strategy of the company.

Shareholders voted on seven ordinary resolutions and all of these were passed according to voting result. Please see the pictures of the events below
